Terry Cunefare of Habitat for Humanity, is pictured here with the trash can cart the NECA/IBEW welding students built during the spring 2001 semester. Eric Ockerhausen, the welding instructor, supplied the trash cans and the wheels with the IBEW supplying the metal and the labor. Every semester the IBEW electrical apprentices build some type of community service project as part of their welding training.
