As part of their welding training during the Spring 2000 semester the NECA/IBEW electrical apprentices built a work bench/table for the Peoria Area Habitat for Humanity organization. Illinois Central College's new DETAILS program allowed these students the opportunity to document their community service on a Student Development Transcript.
